Any suggestions for keeping the hoop in the vertical plane while spinning? Sometimes mine gets wobbly then loses the vertical spin. For example, when I’m doing an anti-spin flower/clover and moving my arm to the left, up, right and down, the hoop sometimes loses the vertical spin. This also happens when I try to spin while barrel rolling. It seems so simple but so much harder when you’re actually doing it! Any advice would be helpful.
