According to the word of the Most High (Lev 19:23-25), the first 3 years of a new tree, the fruits are uncircumcised, the 4th year the tree is to praise the Most High, and the 5th year, then we are able to eat from the tree. Give the tree some time and the Most High will bless it. Hope this helps.
