Question, is the torque applied effected by antisieze? I.e. wet torque value or dry torque value.. Thanks

The amount of torque needed to achieve the desired bolt load or joint compression will vary depending on lubrication/friction. When an anti-seize or lubricant is used, usually less torque will be necessary to achieve the same bolt load than would be required on a dry joint.
