you can do a surgery on the carpal tunnel
@fabianh66096 жыл бұрын
Hell no I'm sorry but surgery is NOT always the answer to things! Ok doing these exercises and yoga at first it's not that effective but if you keep active with them You will notice they become more and more effective. It's better to do those things rather than something that you may regret later on doing. Surgery should be the last thing that comes into mind.

On occasion is easier to just not pay attention to the signs, one just shrugs them off as something insignificant, the hit comes much later, currently I'm thirty years old and now I´m feeling the pain with more intensity. Believe it or not I didn´t there were specific execises for wrists, elbows of forearms that address these pains. This exercises really helped me. Thanks Dr. Levi!

Lately been noticing loss in finger dexterity and grip strength in my right hand. Also stinging pain in various places on my right arm and left arm. I only got halfway trough the open palm counter clockwise exercise and my hand couldn't do a single more and felt as I would've done 100 reps with heavy weights.. JUST BY TURNING MY WRISTS. I have done hand exercises on and off for a year and a half but lately I've been slacking off. I will definitely take these exercises seriously. Maybe even see a doctor. Anyway, I appreciate the help and the videos. Thank you Dr Levi.

FYI, Exercise #2 (double cobra) does nothing for some double-jointed (aka Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) people, worked with it for my wife to find exercises for building her wrist strength, she feels zero stretch in fore arms for either form of the exercise. Exercise #3 gets a little bit, but her joints twist a lot so she has to be careful. She can also twist her wrist/hand far enough that her fingers are pointing up, but this doesn't get much change in the stretch (partly because her elbow rotates as part of this motion... yes, I know, elbows are not supposed to rotate like that.)
