Handbag Cake Tutorial

This is not a comprehensive tutorial. It is just a compilation of photos I took while I was making this cake with an added
voice over. Whilst it isn't an all- inclusive tutorial it is still quite detailed and will give you a good understanding of how I made
my cake and how to make one yourself .

Fabulous tutorial on making a handbag. May I ask how deep were the 10 inch cakes you baked? Also How tall/deep was the ganached handbag cake? Cheers
