I don‘t know if you knew that, but eggs get cooked at 60°C. Before this temperature the egg will not get solid or something, so when you can take the coconut-sugar-mixture in your mouth without burning your tongue, you don‘t have to worry about the egg getting hard. Sorry I made it to complicated. I‘m sure you already knew that, but it doesn‘t hurt to say it, just in case:) And for the cake, it is best to hold the bowl or just lay the bowl a bit in your hand and make movements in a circle with the stirring stick. It can be very exhausting and maybe you get a little sore muscels from it. But if you stirr it long enaugh the flowerchunks will go away too and the dough will get smooth and a bit fluffy. I bake a lot, but I am not an expert nether have I ever did this cake, so do it how you think is best and most comfortable for you. I hope you can understand me, I am not really good in writing or speaking english. For the bakingform, I saw your straggle with the oiling process so a little tipp witch might be of some help, or maybe not. So if you have butter you can just go in with the stick and rub it at the walls and bottom of the form, because of the more solid form of butter you should be able to put on the butter easier and if you just have oil, you can try to put it on a paper towel and than rub that along the form‘s insides. But I never preheat the baking form so I don‘t know if my advise will help you, when it doesn‘t help I am really sorry. In that case, just forget what I wrote as if you never read it. Ps: I like your gentle character. I don‘t know you, but I think or I hope you are the kind and gentle person I imagne. Great video, I saw this cake in a youtube short and always wanted to do it, but I never did. Now I have a motivation to try making the cake if I find the pandan. I hope I didn‘t violate the rules. I‘m not sure what I can comment about. I don‘t mean any harm.

You should make Tteokbokki! (To-Bo-ki), if you don’t know what that is, it’s a Korean chewy rice cake, basically like mochi, you can make it with fillings or no fillings, some people put a cheese filling, or you could just make it with No filling an dip it in honey!
