That's cool. Like ArmoredSweatpants said, check out the carbon steel options from Longquan, China. They make some really impressive stuff there.

That looks like a stainless steel replica, you can put an edge on it but you’ll lose it real quick, might I recommend high carbon steel, thanks for sharing👋🏻😁
