"Get in the car." "Get up" He couldn't move because of your knee on his neck. This is 7 minutes long. Why didn't his partner stop him???????? HIs partner is just as guilty. He could have easily knocked his partner off this man, or at least tell him to stop. His partner looks and acted like he knew what was going on, was wrong, but couldn't do anything, due to some cop rule. I have never seen a murder of a man, caused by another man, where it didn't have to happen. You both need to go to jail for murder. And I am pretty sure Minneapolis police, will hear this cry from across the nation, to send these men to jail, for murder. If that does not happen, this country will become more divided than it is now. That cop didn't care if this man died, that was pretty obvious. God Bless that man who was killed.

They will say he disobeyed a "lawful" order, but the order cannot be given to a private citizen by a public servant. Another point to make is that the police are actually outside their jurisdiction as they have concurrent jurisdiction over the roads meaning they can police themselves, they cannot police private citizens. Random Things I have Learned about our So Called Government. - The states created the federal government without the consent of the people. -The federal government was to be controlled by the states. -The states selected its officers to serve on the federal lands ceded to the federal government for defence purposes. -THe states were to draft its "privates" from its private citizens not the federal government. -The constitution was to be used for Times of war only. -The founds thought the congress would meet less than once a year, so they included a statement that congress must meet at least once per year. -The Senators were to be military officers, resident of military lands, and having been a citizen of the United States for 9 years. -Likewise the Representatives were to be military officers, resident on military lands, and having been a citizen of the United States for 6 years. -That residency according to the federal laws and jurisdictions can only be held by prisoners and military as residency is not by choice. Military and prisoners do not have a choice of residency, those who have a choice are domiciled. The senators can not be inhabitants of the same state where they are elected, so they must be resident on the federal lands, which are not part of the states and as a resident he would reside or live on military lands and not on the state lands much like the president resides in the White House because he is commander in chief. The senator, stationed or that is resident on military lands, and sent to Washington in the event of war to defend the state. -The bill of rights was meant to protect those on federal lands and in congress. Right not to be forced into a religion, not to be excluded because of religion, right to speak their minds on the floor, to argue, right to wear their arms as part of their military uniforms, right to print their journals and to have their notes - pressed, as the press in those times were the actual printing press and not the journalists we call the Press, today. -That being a war document, it is by contract that the servants serve, the contract is by oath which makes them a part of the governing body. -born means an American -naturalized means coming from another place. -neither of the above equates to being a "citizen of the United States" as a private citizen born into a private family may be "born" but coming from another country may be "naturalized" -that businesses and corporations register to do business with the United States - this places them under the control of the commander in chief. Defence Production Act 1950. That these business being registered hires employees, those employees are to be forced to fill out federal forms, federal forms have OMB numbers on them. OMB is office of management and budget. The OMB MUST approve all forms used by the federal government. - The IRS uses OMB forms to bait people into paying taxes but when they want to confiscate your money they do not use forms with OMB numbers because they have NO authority to make any one pay anything, they do not have authority to place liens, they do not have authority to make anyone unhappy, etc. It has NO AUTHORITY to take anything from anyone and that is why they use papers without OMB numbers. -UNIDROIT uses the Principles of International Commercial Contracts which says that there is not actual or standard form to use when contracting with others. Therefore the IRS may be a foreign corporation contracting with Americans using forms NOT approved by the OMB to legally plunder people, steal their wealth and all the while the Federal and State governments know this and do nothing to stop it. -If corporations want to do business in the United States they MUST be registered and promote to pay taxes and promise to force employees to fill out forms with OMB numbers, making them pay taxes. -The federal government has exclusive legislative jurisdiction over the military and only on military lands, not over private citizens on their own lands. -Originally the federal government had not schools or hospitals or fire departments, etc, so they contracted with the state to use their services, eventually taking them over. Now the feds are in charge of everything. -Hospitals are registered and follow the various regulations. -Banks are registered and follow the various regulations. -Doctors are licensed are registered and follow the various regulations. -Municipalities are registered and follow the various regulations. -That many laws we believe are laws are not actually laws, not properly passed, not required for anyone to follow. -Title 1 chapter 3 section 204 requires a positive law statement that can be used as evidence of the laws in all the courts. however, many laws do not have a positive law statement. -Title 1. Chapter 2 Section 101 States the enacting clause to be included in all the laws, not all so called laws have an enacting clause, and when some laws do the proper enacting clause it not always used, which indicates the law is not a law. -Some laws may have an enacting clause but no positive law statement, some laws appear to have an enacting clause but is improper yet contain a positive law statement. -All proper requirements must be met, you cannot have a positive law statement without a proper enacting clause, vice versa. -Notification of laws must be in the Federal Register, publishing in the federal register makes the law final and meets the requirement for having been published. However, the federal register is FOR the public officers and employees (also called individuals) of the federal government. -The bankers, corporations, federal government, and the states have been plundering our lands, natural resources, forcing injections of poisons upon us, putting us in prisons for profit, sending our children to fight in foreign wars to make the aforementioned more wealth, etc. There is no accounting for all that has been taken from us and our ancestors and our posterity. We need to stop this now.

@@champdude17 I don't condone looting innocents but peaceful protests evidently have not worked thus far. Peaceful protests haven't accomplished anything, as we've seen from the deaths of dozens of unarmed black Americans at the hands of police and racists. Black people are getting killed over and over and over and over and over again by police and racists. Tamir Rice. Philando Castile. Sandra Bland. Breonna Taylor. Ahmaud Arbery. George Floyd. And the list goes on and on and on. How much longer will the cycle continue??? There were peaceful protests after many, if not all, of these murders. But with the death of George Floyd we can clearly see that nothing has changed in the fucked up system that we live in. Peaceful protests are no longer an option anymore because there is no justice. The police just get a slap on the fucking wrist for MURDERING someone. And yet we trust them to deal with murderers and criminals in society. There is no bigger murderer or cop in America than a COP. More and more Americans are realizing this. The only response is rioting. The only response is looting. This is the way to get those corrupt cronies in government to LISTEN and PAY ATTENTION. This is the correct answer. When I watched this, I wondered if the crowd wasn't talking to those two cops if he would be alive now. The Asian cop was more concerned about the crowd than the suspect. He didn't once show any concern towards the situation behind him. I honestly would like to think that one of the three other cops there would have stepped in, but they were not going to "show" that cop up in front of that crowd. The more the crowd yelled, the longer that cop was going to stay on that guy's neck. This is why I am glad that all 4 of those cops were fired. That one cop killed that man, the others did nothing to stop, but really enable him to do it. I am not putting this on the crowd, hindsight is 20/20. The crowd was doing what every decent person should have done, but this was just a vulgar display of power. Honestly, I bet the more the crowd yelled, the more that cop liked it. After being on his neck, where he was he was straining to breathe, he just went limp. That cop was watching his eyes almost the entire time, only looking up when he thought the crowd was going to be involved. He knows what he is doing, and knew when that man went unconscious. This was no accident, and you can tell he was proud of what he did by standing up and puffing his chest out. I am glad that they got this on video, so they see what evil looks like for his trial.

@. BigNygaaer Makes no difference who Orwell was talking about! It's the principle that the quote highlights that matters most! The warning applies to all people and all races everywhere all the time. The need to know who Orwell made the statement about is unimportant as it relates to this horrific event. What’s important is that he warns all men everywhere at all times through the warning of the dangers of the principle of not keeping government in check with respect to justice. He simply pointed to the Jews as proof and example of the principle at work. What Orwell seems to really be talking about is ‘Big Brother’s’ brutal inhumanity to his fellow man when his fellow man ignores injustices brought upon his neighbors by ‘Big Brother.’ And I think that we’re witnessing here with this incident a consequence of not heeding Orwell’s warning which embodies the principle. But I’ve been wrong before.

Disagree; partner working crowd control should be charged with second degree murder. The cop on the guys neck should most likely be charged with manslaughter. The partner could easily see the perp was not resisting and was dying on the ground, and chose to let the situation continue to develop, where the cop with the knee on the perp's neck could make the case (and it could be true) that he couldn't see the perp going unconscious and therefore unknowingly continued on.
