She is adorable -- her singing, her technique, her interpretation, her appearance, her grace, her sense of subtle (and obvious) humor. Absolutely convincing as 'Seconda Donna', however here the great Prima Donna Brown.

Brava, brava, brava. Dang, Ms. Brown, you nailed it. And Mr. Christie's not half bad himself. :-)

Beautiful production. From the sets to the costumes. It’s all splendid. Too bad productions like these are a thing of the past. Now we get horrible modern dress crap with bare stages.

This production was lovely…the building set should had been far lighter in color as it did nothing but darken the ambience. The costumes also were a bit droopy on the ladies with the head dresses making them look odd. This singing is gorgeous and well produced.

The three best versions (on youtube): Joan Sutherland (outstanding) Joan Carden, Yvonne Kenny. This version is lumpy

Parmi les plus belles versions je me permettrai de nommer aussi celle de Mariella Devia. Merci.

Some tasteless variations and also a voice with too much vibrato for Handel.
