To an extent it is. I don't feel comfortable trying to mic my acoustic piano. So instead I played it in on my midi keyboard to my DAW of choice (Ableton). So... it's a synthesizer... but I played it in.

@@faiththedog920 Are you sure? It sounds like the information about the dynamics was lost or was simply not there. Let me know if you want me too feed it into a more natural sounding VSTi although it would be mostly nice to do with midi that has dynamics like a good digital piano. Wish I could help there but I have only just started practicing and may only do HWV609.
