I've come to realize that Arron Cowan could easily spend the rest of his life correcting all gun fallacies from the Internet. The amount of incorrect or inaccurate information online is infinite.

This is the one argument for a revolver I see that makes sense, a back up snub nose may be best for this situation
@usnva56387 жыл бұрын
In case of brass going in backwards, wouldn't carrying a short polymer push rod in your pants pocket be a good idea? You could send it down the muzzle to clear the chamber.
@philp4117 жыл бұрын
Not fast to remove the backward case but a multi tool makes for a great edc and there are many that are easy to carry. Good reason to carry a BUG.

Street Rocket Joe looks like it was whipped up with 15 minutes of design time. No idea how it performs.
@StreetRocketJoe5 жыл бұрын
SageDynamics well asking more on the premise of you didn't like stand off devices because they are gimmicky and I agree but this both servers as a comp and a stand off device just as much as a weapon light that sticks further out then the muzzle would so it caught my eye for a g32 to help with recoil while also workings as a stand off device I prefer to hold my flashlight in my off hand

Why do you think some people get so hung up on not having a light that protrudes past the muzzle? If it comes up they go ballistic (pun intended) on how the standoff device isn't necessary due to training. It doesn't make sense to me.

Out of battery/limp wristing is is why my close in (or what I like to call my "get the fuck off of me") gun is a revolver. Oh, you only carry ONE gun? I guess that would work in MOST situations...

I would think that removing the slide would be quicker than digging with a knife, on many semi-autos. .
@IrradiatedLimes7 жыл бұрын
Sliding the slide forward would push the case deeper into the chamber.
@jg59417 жыл бұрын
videodistro A cleaning rod down the muzzle end is by far the fastest. The barrel steel is much harder than a cleaning rod so no, the rifling will not be damaged.
@IrradiatedLimes7 жыл бұрын
Jay G I think the only issue with that is not too many people keep cleaning rods on them with their CCW. I think he was showing those two methods cause they can be done in the field.

What about a bayonet instead of a light or laser? I use a 12inch rusty blade from my grandfather's ww2 rifle. It's a little hard to find a holster but it's 100% worth it. DON'T APPENDIX CARRY WITH THE BAYONET ATTACHED. I learned the hard way, let's just say im not quite the man I was last week.
@granitejeepc36514 жыл бұрын
Why not go for groin or leg shot quicker then raising gun. Good ideas about out of battery techniques. Im not appendix guy but whatever works for you. Extreme close quarters engagement is the rule with civvie encounters rather than the oddball. 90 percent of civvie shootings are reaction from criminal ambush so were allready behind the 8ball. You did not use clothing on your target example which does have habit of jamming at contact with light or not and yes can catch clothing on fire.

Good videos, appreciated! BUT... just watched you bash the 43 for round count. OK. BUT... here you are overwhelmingly obvious printing in a T-shirt. Single stacks have a place... TaDa! Also, makes not sense to say a 43 with a 12 or 15 round mag is going to "look stupid" when your throwing a 33 round mag in a 26... :)
