Tino (mweya unotongwa first release) was charged and convicted at Harare Magistrates Court (Rottern Row) and was fined for having stolen the song from the owner (which I believe this is the owner). He was sentenced to a fine and the court ordered that all radio stations should stop playing the song on all radio channels.
