It’s so lovely to see the kids enjoying Halloween in all their amazing costumes. You looked particularly cute too Bonnie & Lady in her wee cosy outfit. We don’t really celebrate Halloween here in our wee area, where we live in Scotland, although some of the big cities do a wee bit. Thanks for sharing the fun.

In Germany we have a similar tradition to Halloween. It's called "St. Martin's Day" and it is celebrated on the 11th of November. Kids go from door to door holding (usually hand made) little laterns and sing for their neighbors. There are special songs just for this day. After singing they get candy. We did this every year when I was growing up.

In Norway we do that but early in the evening on new year’s 🎉kids are wearing costumes(usually not scary ones) and go from door to door and sing Christmas or new year’s songs, and then they get candy 🍭😊i used to do this every year when I was growing up too🤩

Door to door trick or treating is so fun! Living out in the country I haven’t done that in forever! I’m definitely going to have to find somewhere next year to take my Son. Love watching your Family. Thank you for sharing these videos

I love that lincoln trick or treated with a pillowcase! I used to do the same thing. My brothers and I would get those full and go home and back out and it would be full again! My neighborhood now is so boring. Not even worth going out. Luckily we aren't huge on Halloween.

This is total proof that nerds are cute! Also, hysterical that Joel when he first was talking had a mouthful of candy, lol! Lincoln’s little face was constantly changing color around his mouth with whatever candy he was eating while trick or treating and was eating an apple. This is definitely what memories are made of for moms, dads and kids. So while you may think it wasn’t as exciting for viewers as past Halloweens, it was really heartwarming, especially because they are getting older but you are still such a tight knit, loving family.

It’s different to see the kids having to knock on the doors for candy. Halloween for me has always been walking around the neighborhood to bonfires in driveways, tables with neighbors set up together, people on their porch in costume waiting to hand out, and done up front yards. If nobody is on the porch and the light is still on people just ignore the house. Glad you all had a great night!
