"12" is what we call the police. "Ef 12" basically saying forget them, we don't like em lol. A dime a dozen is a phrase meaning "this comes often". Referring to my rhymes and punches coming easy to me. Police have been killing us for no reason...so I'm taking a stand against that, because we're dying for nothing.
