BTW, back in 2018 I had this problem but with a twist: have you ever had 'headers' that were complete sentences and that were too long to be actual headers in PQ? A fun one albeit an unusual complication of this problem.

Technically yes but all you really need to do is right click the Query and click refresh since the query has all the steps already listed it will pull in new data...
