The secret sauce at 2:50 I believe is mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sautéed onions, salt probably Cajun seasoning. Far better than most secret sauces!

In case anyone didn't know, you can smack a nub on a head of lettuce or cabbage onto the counter and it'll separate from the rest of the head so you can pull the heart out like a Viking king.
