Hi Sara, i have a question but couldn't find the answer in any of the other dish soap video. Since this is 100% coconut oil, will it dry out the hand while washing the dishes? If I add some soft oil to soften the hand while washing, will it leave grease on the dishes? I saw from the other video that if using half KOH and NaOH, it'll leave the glasses spotless. Will that contradict the softening of the hand and spotless glasses?

Thank you for your question. I never tried dual lye so I don’t know. But you can do one percent super fat. This type of soap is just not suitable for body wash. Hope it helps.

What superfat percentage did you use? What water percentage is in the recipe?

I used 0 superfat. You can use 1%. run it through a lye calculator with the water discount you prefer
