Hola, vengo un poco tarde a responder. Lo que usa para las flores se llaman limpia pipas (que en el título dice pipe cleaner). Luego usa un palito tipo brochet (los que se usan generalmente para cocinar) o también podés usar algún alambre. Por último la cinta color verde que usa se llama cinta de floristería o floritape también. Todas esas cosas podés conseguirlas en una librería o cotillón, lugares donde vendan artículos para manualidades
