great Origami and tutorial, but I tried to do it in little bit smaller version and unfortunately it ended up as a mess so far. Its really difficult to fold it precisely as a smaller version, so I guess the dimensions of your paper are the minimum size for it to work properly?

Yes, may be like that. Because I haven't tried making this pattern with a smaller version yet.

@@PaperPh2 after writing the comment I tried to improve my folding skills by doing this piece over and over again and I finally managed to make it happen in 14x14! Kinda difficult to not tear the paper at that size, but a smaller version of it is even more adorable Thanks again for your instruction!

If i have a paper size 20x20 cm, a sunflower which make from this paper, have size about 10x10 cm. Hope that help for you :)

Great video. What kind of paper did you use? It looks almost like cloth. I usually use colored printer paper. Would it work with that?

Jacki B Thank you. In my model, I usually use paper, which is called " giấy nhăn " in my country. In this model, you should choose papers, which thinner than printer paper.
