Thank you and I am happy that you liked my video :) Don't worry if you don't have original Capunti board.. you can always try to use different things that you probably have in your kitchen - like sushi mat or kitchen heat mat. They made they in various patterns. @@pasta_o_plomo yes I had seen it, will have a look tomorrow to see what metal or wood with interesting shapes I can find in shops. Just finished to watch your Agnolotti video. Did you rolled the pasta by hand or machine? That is my favourite variety of Agnolotti shape. Do you have Instagram? Thanks. Best regards from London

@@SR-oc1gc Usually I am using pasta machine to roll the dough as my kitchen is quite small. Rolling with mattarello rolling pin could be challenging.. but someday I will ! :) Because I love the art of pasta making.
