One thing I noticed as a former pizza maker, When refilling ingredients you have to flip the bowls! Get a clean bowl, put fresh ingredients, then put the older stuff on top. This ensures the "older" ingredients are going to be used before the new, so nothing sits on the bottom and gets old.

Hi Korean here who has eaten pizza in Korea and in the US and to say the least, it all depends where you're getting it from. For me I think Korean pizza is a little bit too sweet because they have sugar in the tomato sauce but it is still very delicious when you choose one of those exotic pizzas with a lot of toppings! But I would think US pizza is better in most occasions :D
