I wanted to love the Gudas, because magnetic would be so uncomplicated, but AKG C411 ist just so far superior in sound. I just got a pair of used C401 & 411 in bad condition for a very low price, hope they will work. Thank you for this BRILLIANT video!!!!

super classe ce comparatif ! en sonorisation pour le handpan j'utilisais aussi des sm57 en overhead et un au dessous avec des compresseurs dbx DL421 cela fait le taf. belle decouverte ses micro OM à l'ecoute je suis d'accord avec ton choix j'aurais tendance à les preferer aussi . tu a testé l'amplification en pedale d'orbis ? ça à l'air pas mal aussi je me suis mis au handpan depuis peu et à part les qqls experience ou j'en sonorisait pour les autres en live c'est vrai qu'une bonne formule pour rec en studio avec des magnétiques c'est super interréssant. merci à toi.

Octava sounds so much better than other two

Question: is using only one Octava MK012 is enough to get a decent sound at home studio or would you choose using these two pickup mics together rather than one Octava? Thank you.

No, for studio, a condenser as oktava will better do the job as pickups. Pickups mics are compromise for live music and big stage ;-)
