Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this is a concert-hall recording superimposed on the visuals from Horseguards Parade. No way do the acoustics there sound like this ... and it's just a bit too perfect, and so not the wonderful "real thing".

Spot on. At very least it's heavy handed editing. As you say a genuine open air acoustic should sound very different.

@@nathansquires444 I am wise, having been to and seen and heard MANY performances there down quite a few years ... but of course it is always possible, and at times inevitable, that I am not wise enough. If you say that; OK; I am not going to challenge a direct counter-claim, as I am not permitted to judge another human being as Jesus discouraged us from doing that. Obviously, it is different thing judging a recording of a piece of music, rather than a person...
