Yes in 2023. Top class. Just had breakfast option. Food good,rooms superb,staff lovely.roof pool and bar Instagram worthy

Lovely hotel the superior rooms are twice the size 100% recommend. Lovely bar and restaurant.

The Royal Arrow is a decent pub below it..Went in there a few times for my 50th in January..2 x San Miguel was 3 euros until 7pm :-)

You'll have to try the cocktail bar in the old town called nova gorgeous cocktails 2 for 12 euros till 7 pm

Heard that there is a card required just in case of damages? €200/300 has been mentioned in other posts. My concern is that guests act as a form of inspection. Our last 4 star hotel in Tenerife had a few issues that maintenance fixed quite quickly but if you only notice these small quirks after a day or two, would you have an issue with the Gold Arcos as to who is responsible?

Hi, I wasn’t asked for a security deposit. But if it’s a larger group that might be the case I wouldn’t be sure on that. The hotel staff seemed very good and I didn’t get the impression they would be anything but professional.

It’s a fantastic hotel mate. I managed to get a really good deal when it first opened. 3 nights for 150. Now days I’m limited to the one night 😂

I was with you loving this hotel but it quickly lost me with the evening meal ..I have stayed in quite a few hotels Benidorm and world wide however that was the poorest evening meal for any 4 star plus hotel...

Ive stayed there the only problem is the aircon what is movement controlled so when your asleep it switches off ,untill you wake up and move again But other than that very good hotel

i didn’t know that as I never really switched it on, as it was cool enough in April. It did seem very loud too though.

Far too expensive esp with no real pool area ,go over the road to the Venus less than half price and a cracking hotel ,great info though mate 👍
