Hi are the help documentation been renamed or changed to process intelligence ?

We have had a system available for a few weeks, but we are facing a problem. Everything looks exactly the same as in your video, but there is no Collection Run, a 0 is displayed everywhere, although the Data Collection Status is set to Active everywhere and there is daily activity. Our only difference is that we create the connection via a proxy with host & port Do you have any idea why the system does not want to start a collection run?

If you would like to do a quick analysis yourself, please check the following: - Is there an authorization issue on the background user (check e.g. Transaction SU53) - Does your Process Insights User have the necessary roles assigned?
