He was actually just reiterating the rules, it is generally known that in hand performances you don't move anything but upper body. They actually shouldn't have let him go on to the second round, but they did anyway

he is quite good, even if he didn't win. i will say he kind of dropped the ball on the second round trying to sit still, i think he needs to practice sitting still and he will be really good. i really didn't agree with the costume choice of the winner, it was too distracting, i don't know how anyone could judge his performance.
