I bought this album when it dropped back in college.2004. Played it repeat with my friends, this song was our first introduction to JJ. Later when JJ breakdown album released 2005, became popular on radio, we all thought White People album was the original version, lol.

I've never heard of HBMS before but heard The Truth used in an episode of a TV series Person of Interest. Searched for the song & learned about them. And it's such a nice surprise to know that they have collaborated with some of the artists that I loved like Jack Johnson & Cat Power.
