This emperor is the most laid back emperor of all time. Easily one of my favorite characters. He made the series so much better and hilarious. I don't rewatch dramas but I'm seriously considering rewatching this and WRtW. Stellar performance from Rosy Zhao

The Emperor was the most unexpectedly beloved character of this drama. I loved all his scenes, especially the match-making ones. The whole drama was well cast. But, not gonna lie, I was always at attention when the Emperor made an appearance 😆. We need more Emperors like this, in dramas. Makes them worth watching.

The Emperor is so loveable ❤❤❤, he wanted his ladies to be his backups and they were not playing games with him 😂😂. I love that even with the Emperor Zisheng protected Shaoshang. He said Shaoshang looked ordinary, she still was prettier than Princess Crybaby. All in all you just gotta love the Emperor ❤❤❤.
