Over the last 2 years I had this transformation. I dated women prior, but was a complete puppy for them. I didn't think it was possible to change who you are as a man; but it absolutely is. Working out led to the physical presence that let me claim my spot in a room back. I went from walking around a room thinking I had a magnifying glass, to walking around thinking I had a spotlight. Society becomes fun. Then the stuff you are already good at comes out in waves and your confidence follows. When you have confidence you start to make healthy habits and consistency becomes a drug. I'm gonna be honest, I've lost a ton of weight recently (was never fat or obese, just a bit overweight), and took way better care of my skin (way brighter and more smooth), and I stopped fapping. I've noticed instances of girls looking at me in public. Even where I work, at a LARGE grocery store in produce. I notice I sometimes catch glances at me. Theres like a 2 types of select man. One where he is select but he is still able to be likable and women approach him and he does good with women. Usually he's not as smart, may be an athlete or entertainer but he's not smart and can pick up on women tricks. Then there is the other select where him being select brings out alot of insecurities in women. Im like this type. I get zero approaches and all stares. Chicks will reject to meet up or FaceTime but later on I hear about chicks telling their friends thats my boyfriend and he drives this car(its my car but we never hung out lol they really be delusional).
