'been making at a slower rate', continues with showing an insane amount of handspun yarn. How am I ever going to believe you again? 😅 Glad you found the time and the spoons to record this ❤

Hahahahaha this is lots and lots of weeks of insomnia driven spinning but that’s my favorite thing to do - every other thing has completely been dropped.

Hihihi Tazhi ! Pleeease never apologize for taking breaks. It's kind that you mention it of course, but it is such a gift that you share some of yourself with the world. You don't owe anyone consistent videos, and I for one, just simply love the snippets of beauty you share with us. Full stop.

Beautiful spins! Congratulations on the new Flatiron. These are true beauties. I am sure that you will enjoy it. Single treadle, double drive saxony style wheels are my favorite type of wheel... I am old fashioned that way 😂

So good to see and hear you and what you’ve been making. Glad the spoon supply increased enough for you to film! I do all my socks toe-up to make sure my size 11 feet get covered. I think toe-up makes the most sense for our long feet. It’s good to see you knitting whatever you want to. Cast on all the projects that bring you joy! Sending hugs, harpingJanet

Ooooh I have the storage bobbins from the Woolery. They were only $10 a bobbin BUT they attach to your drill ! So they are super fast to wind !!! It’s a much cheaper option than more bobbins for your wheel 🥰.

Tazhi! I've missed you 🤗 I have a question for you about your sewing patterns. I bought several patterns on Sew Liberated but I really don't want to print out a gagillion pages on my printer and try to tape them together. 🥵🤦♀️ What do you do when you purchase an online sewing pattern? Thanks! (FYI, I just started spinning on a wheel and so far I love it! Thank you for inspiring me)
@adaschenck86157 ай бұрын
You could consider using the large scale print shop versions of Sew Liberated patterns. Ewe Fibers (and probably many others) will print out your pattern onto large sheets and mail it to you. It is an extra cost, but saves time and your own printer ink/paper costs.

Been missing your podcast and then you popped up in my feed this morning. Amazing to see the energy and joy you bring to making. Beautiful spinning. Love the socks, by the way Andrea's sock pattern looks very long as you are knitting it. And the dress you modeled is gorgeous. Can't wait for the next listen to keep me company as I knit.
@stitchesandstarlight7 ай бұрын
I send my patterns to PDF Plotting if I don’t want to tape it together but most of the time, I don’t mind the work of taping the pages into the pattern.
