I'm amazed to see that I have all the prequests you mentioned, from mobility, to hold in supported positions, but I still can kick to handstand, I guess it's psychological and I'm just scared to my bones, and it effects the bodies ability to preform in control. I'll try the last part of the video, that's the only thing I never did

Top tip - whenever you're working on any thoracic mobility - (once you've found a comfortable position), find length through your thoracic spine all the way to the back of your head, gently pull your shoulder blades in and gently pull your head back extending your chest outwards. (never push into pain) Hope it helps.

@@PaulTwyman I guess that's just because we're trying to bend the upper spine in the opposite direction of where it naturally wants to go. If you think about a back bridge and the lower spine, you're already arching in the same direction of the spines natural shape. But the top half of the spine has to go in the opposite direction and there's also so much going on in the upper back, in terms of muscles and joints to work with. It just takes more time, faith and commitment.
