You are lovely! I am an old lady and enjoyed.your class, I did it in my pace and little by little I will improve and show my sons that the age is not an impediment. A big hug from this grandma. Saludos from Perú 🥰

This is one of the best hand-balancing warm-up routines I've seen on KZbin. I'm definitely going to incorporate that shoulder warm-up into my training. After years of trial and error, I finally have my handstand holds and straddle press, however if I had this content from the start it would have changed the game for me. If you're new to handstands, this guy knows what he's talking about!

This video series is coming in at the perfect timing for me as I’ve just began my handstand journey in the last couple months but have been seriously pursuing it for the last 2-3 weeks. Thank you much coach Bachmann! And the CirqueLife crew for this content. Should have way more views.

If you are just a couple of months in I think you better be focusing on acquiring the prequisits of the handstand, unless you already have that, but most people do not thick all the boxes. I had to work on it quiet some time as well.

@@hunlevistube yes, I am still building up the capacity in my wrists. Usually have to stop after about 10 minutes of practice. Also still working on putting weight on the fingertips like he mentioned in the first video, I can tell I’m putting most of the load on the base of my palm which probably doesn’t help with wrist fatigue. It took me the first 7-8 months of this year to get good at pull-ups, I’m imagining the handstand will take a similar amount of time.

@@brandonparra9153 loadability of joints is indeed important as well, although my comment was probably a bit more on the mobility side of the perquisites. Straight arm Overhead press for example isn't really something we usually happen to expose our body to, in everydays life or even if it comes to the regular gym activity which is not something I am a big fan of for doing it too often or regularly. For a nice handstand it really boils down to a great body awareness, balanced muscle/body engagement and a very consistent and consequent approach, in my opinion. For how long it would take it depends on a lot of factors but your assumption is approx. Correct in general I would say, keep it up, stay balanced.

@@hunlevistube yeah, I haven’t had any problems on like the shoulders or elbows so far in my practice and honestly all the pull-up work I’ve done this year may be of benefit there? Mobility shouldnt be a problem for me, but yeah, I’m all about taking the slow and measured approach, I’m a stickler on proper form and injury prevention. Thanks!

@@brandonparra9153 antagonist strengthening definitely contributes, just make sure of full AROM. Proper form> my tribe! Happy to hear that.
