Whilst I agree that it should be said more politely, the recipe instructions were not helpful for someone not having done it or something similar before. It leads to wasting ingredients(and money) when instructions aren’t specific and clear. For example because I had no idea how long and the speed to blend, it turned watery too fast as my new blender is powerful. If it requires a few pulses it would be helpful to understand that. I visited another website to salvage the recipe by adding cornflour and bringing it to the boil and now I have a second rate pudding. Anyway that’s my tuppence!
