Factory reset did the trick for regular AirPods gen 2. It was only charging the AirPods but not the case.

Get a light night charger if it charges it’s the charger but also check the port

My case always shows 100% but doesn’t charge my pods. They do charge only if they are inside the case and case is plugged in. Can you help?

I found the problem. I went to apple and they told me case got old and doesn’t hold a charge. So I just bought a new case from them and that’s it.

My AirPod Pro case doesn’t work unless it’s plugged in. Without the case being on the charger, it won’t charge AirPods. Both AirPods work fine and charge while case is on charger. Any thoughts?
