I still don't know why the industry hasn't moved away from jumbo sized engines and static prop shafts by now to the more efficient diesel electric units that power azipods , surely most modern constructed vessels of all sized can be propelled by 360° Azipods an the occociated power generators that power the pods. He'll if massive cruise carriers can be propelled across the world with poded propulsion why can't ordinary cargo ship be!
