I’ve began washing all the walls down, already done inside windows frames, carpets fully extracted, everything deep cleaned, Xmas tree going up at the weekend so I feel like it’s got to be done

Ahhhhh thank you angel that’s so nice, I did lots and lots of work with wonderful psychiatrists, I know CBT isn’t for everyone but with determination and carrying out the tools they give you it’s absolutely achievable. We often would discuss in my sessions how I’ll never not have OCD but it’s more about managing it and like everything some days are better than others but generally I’m doing great which makes me happy 😊 sending you lots of love Katie xxxxxx

Hi, Hayley. I'm going to ask you an honest question. Your feet hurt after cleaning for so many hours. Mine starts hurting after 4 hours of cleaning without seating 😢

Hey angel, erm no not really but 4 hours is a long time without a rest so it’s not surprising they hurt 😫 What you could do is every 2 hours or even every hour just sit down for 5/10 and have a glass of water or something just to rest for s little while 🥰❤️

Yes my mum did and still is very clean, I don’t think I’ve ever seen my mums house messy ever ☺️❤️ however the OCD was something that developed from trauma xxxxx

How often do you change the scrub daddy (toilet one) thanks x

When it’s lifeless Kay, it’s still holding up currently what I do is so I’m not being so wasteful my other ones will be demoted to toilet scrub daddy’s and the cycle will go around like that so I’ll buy a new one for the kitchen let’s say, I’ll use that and my current kitchen one will go upstairs to the toilet and the new one used in the kitchen the old one thrown away, I hope that makes sense? The toilet ones will never leave the upstairs cleaning caddy which is for the bathroom ONLY along with gloves etc. 💗💗💗

Oh my the hoovering is ENDLESS 🤣 she’s actually such a good cat, she really is and very obedient if the door is open and she attempts to go upstairs I’ll say Luna and she stops and retreats back into the lounge I’ll try to film it next time. Xxxx

Oh my goodness I am so HAPPY you’ve said this, it’s exactly how I want these to be. I hate myself that I don’t get to speak to you guys that often. It’s so funny isn’t it, my kitchen also drives me mad 🤣 imagine if we could do a kitchen swap, we need to change the sink at some point it scratches so badly and that is sooooooooooooo problematic when I’m there trying to use car scratch remover to fix it 🤣❤️🤣 xxxxxx

"Burn my esophagus" 😂 I'm in the same boat at work. I've been drinking a lot of tea at work to keep warm since I'm out in the cold a lot. So I got myself this nifty thermal tumbler that keeps the tea hot for hours, but yeah I've burnt my mouth a lot lol.
