there was a style back then of wacky camera angles, it was in commercials, all over the place. kind of silly but it was the 90s.

@nomad2746 MTV as a company was in the beginning of their decline during this period, but let's not forget, shows like the Headbanger's Ball were great outlets for metal heads. I'm thankful for MTV that they invested in a genre like heavy metal. When you watch this, look how David Ellefson treats Riki compared to that of Dave Mustaine. One respects him, while the other doesn't. If Riki was such a drag, then Dave Mustaine should have never agreed for MTV to be on location with the band.

It may have started a decline here but I would take this footage and era of MTV any day compared to the crappy TRL crap that I grew up being forcefed.

@@eva-vs1zu, yeah except for the time Dave Mustaine went on stage and told Riki that he probably should just kill himself. After Riki heard about this, his next appearance on Headbanger's Ball, he talked about this and called Dave out. It's good to have the bad boy in metal and Dave carried that torch for many a years. Having said that, at some point it gets to be not cool, as stated in the aforementioned.
