We're behind the scenes of the making of our video for DJ Play My Song, and Evan and Psy ended up chatting about the behind-the-scenes situation for his video Gentleman. It was a very meta behind-the-scenes thing that was happening.

It's a register. They live around standard English all their lives so they know what's standard and what's colloquial. Double negatives and dropping letters are all common features of English dialect. Get off your high horse.
