Nate Newton is the epitome of hard work, I have watched him over the years as a player and he was a beast at his position. But his transition as a man and a analyst is even greater. You are the man Nate!!

I get the 'times have changed' stuff... But these 'new' ways are not working for the cowboys. IDK maybe try something else, like old school leadership. But Micah is the one cutting farts during film study and fizzling as the season goes. He's not a leader. I just wish he would keep that toxicity in Frisco... Keep it away from the championship teams in Dallas. If the cowboys want to be mediocre for another 3 decades fine, be those guys. Just keep that energy in the cowboys organization tho lol. Keep that black cloud away and watch the winners win from afar!

What's up fellas. Long time listener. Always wanted to call in but my work schedule gets hectic when you guys are on. Love the content. Don't care if ppl complain that yall get off topic at times. Keep doing it. Makes the show more fun. To answer Shannon's question. I'm a life long cowboys fan. Growing up seen my pop support the stars a bit. But we are a mixed household. Cowboys first and foremost, Vegas Golden Knights, LA Lakers, LA Dodgers

So let me get this straight, So Micah’s leadership is what’s stopping this team from getting further in the playoffs please check the tape. There are several times when this man is getting triple teamed and the qb has all the time in the world to throw the ball, but ota’s and Micah’s leadership. The big 3 won all those championships but you know what they didn’t do , they didn’t do it by themselves.

Leadership only matters when you win. Every team has a leader. The only thing that matters is winning, really winning in the playoffs and a Superbowl. If Parsons did everything correctly as a leader, but if we lose in the playoffs we will say parson wasn't a leader

Leadership starts with management, coaching and then players in the locker room. Since management has shown no commitment to its players beyond this season, why should any player want to lead a team that will be blown up after this up and coming season. This season is about preservation of health and wait to see where you will be in the2025 season. Leadership starts with management.

Micah is the poster child of how NOT to act if you want to be a leader. Now if you want an example of how to be selfish look no further then Micah and this is why if I were the GM I'd already be looking for trade partners. If Micah acts like this now can you imagine the nightmare that his contract negotiations are going to be.

AI ? maybe in time , the player will be robotic and not human. Then you won't have to worry about injury, fatigue, personalities, etc... that come with humans. A bot will just do what its programed to do and not complain about this or that. Hence you can play several games a week for 9 months out of the year if not more.

You missed the mark. Dak is all world in leadership. This is comming from me, a leader of leaders. His only weakness may be, not standing up more to Jerry, and that may or may not be a weakness, because Leadership is fluid, and subjective to the peole and environment.
@randymarsh3582
@randymarsh3582 3 ай бұрын
@other, I can’t take you serious when you say Dak is “all world” at anything. Also, you used the word “subjective” incorrectly. But sure, maybe people consider you a leader of leader 🤡 for something other than your intelligence. My point stands-since apparently my comment went over your head. Dak hasn’t produced anything in the post season. That is his “action” he is missing out on to become a leader in these guy’s eyes. Personally I think they’re full of crap and there are many different styles of leadership.

@other, you obviously STILL are not getting the point. Or you’re just being purposely ignorant. Post season success is really the most important “action” that a franchise QB can have. And by using these guy’s logic, without that “action” Dak is not a leader. Since leadership requires action (results).

It appears that everyone needs to step up and be all they can be accept the front office . They go on vacation during the start of free agency. You all are talking about building comradery via time spent together during the off season and ota's, mini camp, and training camp. And I agree, but most of this roster will not be here in 2025, so why connect with others when "no one" who has second contracts coming up and everyone is on a one year deal. Again this mess was created by the Jones ideology of being all in. What a mess this up and coming season will be. We thought there was drama before, wait and see what happens now. The product of the Cowboys is sham, a fake.
