But Micah is the one cutting farts during film study and fizzling as the season goes. He's not a leader. I just wish he would keep that toxicity in Frisco... There are several times when this man is getting triple teamed and the qb has all the time in the world to throw the ball, but ota’s and Micah’s leadership. Leadership only matters when you win. Every team has a leader. The only thing that matters is winning, really winning in the playoffs and a Superbowl. If Parsons did everything correctly as a leader, but if we lose in the playoffs we will say parson wasn't a leader

Since management has shown no commitment to its players beyond this season, why should any player want to lead a team that will be blown up after this up and coming season. This season is about preservation of health and wait to see where you will be in the2025 season. Leadership starts with management.

AI ? maybe in time , the player will be robotic and not human. Then you won't have to worry about injury, fatigue, personalities, etc... that come with humans. A bot will just do what its programed to do and not complain about this or that. Hence you can play several games a week for 9 months out of the year if not more.
