This video came at just the most perfect time! I've been having a terrible time with both kitchen and bathroom towels ending up on the floor- this was a much easier fix than pulling out my sewing machine to make fabric ties to keep everything in place! Thank you x a million!!!

I love this idea. I've been making different hanging towels for my daughter, as she has young kids who pull the hand towels and they always end up on the floor. I've ordered the Kam snap kit. This will be so much easier for me!

Hi Pat! I haven't done it with a buttonhole, but it would work as well. I suggest using a larger button and then sew the buttonhole in the one corner and place the button on the other corner. :)

I’m confused, are the snaps supposed to be on the top corners or installed on the bottom corners like demonstrated in the video

Oh, I see your confusion. The towel I am installing the snaps on has the same pattern printed twice on it. It's printed on the front and back of the towel. You install the snaps on the top corners of the towel.

@@Needlepointers thank you so much, I was so confused trying to figure it out, I truly appreciate your response 😊 I bought an entire set of those same kind of snaps and the tool back in 2019 and it’s all still sitting in the original box untouched. You know I’m getting ready to do this to every towel I own and everyone will be receiving lots of hand towels for Christmas this year. I enjoy sewing the towels with matching fabric and adding the band to keep them in place but this is so much easier and way cheaper too.

thank you for this great idea...much easier than sewing or crocheting, as I had planned. only thing I did different was to put the snaps into the edges where the material is doubled for the hem, stronger, so may last longer with many unsnaps. again, thank you!

all well and good but I didnt hear what size snaps she was using. Kam snaps come in different sizes, ie:(14,16,20, 24) as does the cap die on the tool itself. That would be helpful.
