Lovely technique, better than what I was taught as a junior registrar. I recommend re-recording with microphone, as sound quality is poor and preferably with demonstrator facing the camera. Many thanks.

Ha ha after watching, reading lot about ineffectiveness of U slab yesterday this video popped up. No humerus get reunited with flexon of hand. With biceps flexed. Only extended cast reduces it's proven
