It's funny to me that you had never heard of Ritter Sport before, here in Germany it's like one of the main chocolate brands (probably along with Milka and Lindt). They are known for their variety of flavours that sometimes do get a bit out there, the packages are actually a meme here where people edit together new amazing Ritter Sport flavours such as styrofoam, aioli or white asparagus. They real flavours all pretty good though. It's also very understandable that you didn't like the Marzipan, a lot of people here don't like it either and they grew up with it :)

My favorite chocolate bar is Twix. It’s pretty simple, and being a big brand name product it’s always readily available in nearby stores. The chocolate tastes good and is soft enough to satisfyingly bite into. The inside also isn’t too hard, but it is firm so it doesn’t easily fall apart while eating. In general, Twix is among the best in my opinion. It is perfection inside the lowly material form of a candy bar. It. Is. Innovation.

So I've been sugar free for 5 years. I agree, for bigger corporate sugar free chocolate or candy, there's not much different in health. But when you first go sugar free, the way your body processes sugar changes significantly, and my body can now react negatively to any sugar. So, the sugar free chocolate isn't necessarily healthier, but is still safer for me. Other sugar free or low-sugar chocolate (like Lily's) is much healthier than traditional chocolate.

Going with what I enjoy the most the double decker. It's a chocolate bar from the UK witch has a bottom half of crunchy ceral with a half layer of chewy nougat on the top covered in chocolate. It's a bar that I've had since I was a kid and 15 years later I'm still enjoying.
