Southern Thai food, the favourite manu such as BaiLiang Pud Khai (Bai = leaf, Pud = fry, Khai =Egg), Kaeng som (Som = orange fruit, orange color, or sour taste), Sataw = Stink bean or Bitter bean. Good experience to try this set in The south of Thailand

Kimchi jigae is like Gaeng Som from Central part of Thailand (orange color & little spicy) Gaeng Som in Southern Thailand is yellow color as turmeric is one of the ingredient in the chili paste. I ate this spicy taste since I was 4-5 yrs old. Need to fight with the spicy taste to win the delicious curries.
