Europeans don't look to happy when they mention the security check in the metros of China, or the CCTV camera ..... do they forget that this is for their own safety and that they schould be grateful to China for ascertaining their own safety. Today China is the safest country you can ever visit. I live in China and would like to thank you for making those nice videos of yours and especialy for visiting China as a wonderful family .... Wish you happy travelling

No worry about pickpocket in the metro train…China is very very safe unlike in Rome.

In Hangzhou, the local native tea is a green tea, the Longjing or Dragon Well tea. It's one of the major teas of China. However, outside of Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao), this Dragon Well tea is not easily accessible. For example, even though there is a sizeable Chinese diaspora throughout Southeast Asia, Dragon Well tea is not commonly sold. When it is, obviously it's sold for a premium price compared to other popular varieties like Pu Er (a black tea) or Jasmine (a green tea).

you could have taken the subway to zhujiajiao but I guess the bus is more comfortable if it's empty like when you took it 😂 you can't really experience hangzhou with a day trip. the side you saw is the more touristy cityscape side of the lake. there's a lot of scenic areas on the edges of the city that are great if you are into nature and hiking. there's also many well preserved ancient areas of the town. the newer commercial/business area of the city is like... well any other modern city in china 😅
@OurTravelDays19 күн бұрын
Oh, honestly we didn't know that there is a subway to Zhujiajiao. 😂 We can imagine and also heard that Hangzhou has a lot to offer. We should visit it again. 😊

I had been to HZ thrice; first two times as tourist and the last time working briefly for a Taiwanese company operating there. And three times I went to Xihu to relax. Never got boring visiting the famous lake. I had also visited quite a number of places in China over the past 2 decades. Previously I often used to tell my friends that if ever I got a chance to migrate there to live, my first 3 choices will be as follow.... 1) Hangzhou 2) Kunming 3) Qingdao. Recently I wanted to add Chengdu but being earthquake & flood proned region / area turned me off. For visiting, it's a very interesting place.

Like the content of your videos generally, but the colours in this one and the last one are dim and dusky! Why?
@OurTravelDays18 күн бұрын
That's interesting. Even if you increase the quality when playing the video? Can you tell me when? Or during the whole video? It could be because the weather was indeed rainy sometimes. Or I just didn't film or color grade good enough. 😬
