Hania's Birthday Surprise: Watch Me Create A Stunning Carousel Cake For My Daughter From Scratch!

In today's tutorial I will teach you how to make carousel cake easily at home. This is My Eggless chocolate cake covered and filled with milk chocolate ganache. All the decorations are 100% edible and made with gum paste while all the three tiers are covered with fondant. Chocolate Ganache:
600g Milk Or Dark Chocolate
600ml Hot Cream
Gumpaste (cream and white)
Fondant (ivory and purple)
silicone moulds
edible gold dust+lemon extract
water
cornstarch or icing sugar
straws (gold)
edible pearls
cardboard
