Looks amazing! But wish I knew what she's saying in English. Can someone help me with: 1. What was that brown sauce she added? 2. Also, what are the ingredients of that yellow colored sauce she poured in the broth? 3. We're the fish pre-cleaned?

1. there is no brown sauce here at all... 2. it is mix of olive oil and fresh pressed lemon juice (with salt) - just like vinegar. 3. fish always should be put whole (it is a taste!) of course should be gutted first.
