I like this song because of the message inside of it. We're not perfect but we're special. To err is human, to forgive is divine. We all have limitations, we all make mistakes. Some bigger than others but we still learn from them. We don't always want to see, fix or suffer our own problems or believe someone close to us is responsible for something that we or they can't run from so it's easier to put the blame on someone else. Like how Jay knew that Hailey was just as guilty but didn't want to face or except that so he found it easier to put the blame on Voight because of how he policies. He felt betrayed and hurt so he lashed out with a punch but in the end he realized that despite what happened the team still needed Voight and was stronger together because they're more than just a team, they're family and like all families there will be arguments, flaws and anger issues towards one another but it's their different points of view that makes the team of more strong. Some believe in their own code of justice and some believe in the ways of the law. There is always more than one path to take to achieve your goals and they may not be always the easiest or right but sometimes their worth it.
