Recorded in Nashville, TN in February 1950 (recorded on 16 inch acetate disc for “The Garden Spot Program,” sponsored by Naughton Farms, a plant nursery in Waxahachie, TX). Issued on the album “The Garden Spot Programs” (Omnivore OVCD-87, 2014). Features Hank Williams, possibly Cousin Jody and unknown. Song composed by Lorene Rose. Song first issued by Molly O’Day and The Cumberland Mountain Folks (Columbia 20494, 1948).
