This is when Hank was at his best period: 1978 -1984. He was and is still great, but I love this true Outlaw era. So many of the best Country singers today really cut their teeth on this: Jamey Johnson, Sturgill, Tyler Childers, and the new arrival Zach Bryan. They bring their own slant on it, but they have that spirit, which I am thankful for. A few years ago, I only had Hank III, so seeing an underground explosion has been awesome.
