Kitty Jauregui-Hansen it's not that rare it's just diagnosed differently and as such it's been under diagnosed. That is changing though.

It's actually not that rare. Apparently it's equally likely in both men and women, but men are more likely to be diagnosed. Just as neolithic3 says - it's diagnosed differently in girls.
